Description
Relic - Known History
This Tiger I Panzerkampfwagen VI Tiger Sd.Kfz.181 Ausf E. track pin ring is an original relic from S.Pz.-Abt. 507 and was retrieved on the property owned by a local farmer who witnessed the battle of "Vistula-Oder Operation" in Poland in January 1945. These rings were located on the outer edge of each track link pin to secure the pin. A very limited number of these were excavated from the site.
