Finally completed "Homeward Bound". I've been working on this print on and off for nearly three years now and settled on a simpler scene than some of my previous pieces.

My goal was to take a break from all of the battle sequences we sometimes toil over, as this scene depicts an early evening B-17 escort by one of her steadfast "little friends". This was one of the first framed pieces I've done where my wife said, "We might just hang one of these in the living room." She's very supportive, but WWII battle scenes aren't what she appreciates over the couch.
