The Story Behind the Print:
The Catskill Mountains of New York contain some of the most fabled fishing rivers in North America and are a pivotal landmark in the history of American fly fishing. With rivers such as the famed Beaverkill, Neversink, & Willowemoc, the Catskills served as a source of inspiration for many early writers, artists, & naturalists. Today, the many waters flowing through the Catskills continue to produce healthy populations of brook, brown, & rainbow trout.
