Leaving behind white clouds and emerging into blue skies, the RAF Lancaster “S For Sugar” leads a formation towards German territory on May 11, 1944. This marks the Lancaster’s 100th mission, which later turns to 137 by the end of the war. This fine art print is signed by two crew members aboard Lancasters during WWII, and makes a wonderful addition to any WWII collection.
